「Paul was an amazing host. He made sure we were comfortable and settled in. He provided a list of places to see and eat. The parking was right outside the door. Freret street is within a blocks walk with shopping and restaurants near by. The cottage was exactly as described clean, nicely decorated and AC was ice cold. Great on hot and humid days. Very close to the Street car. And easy access to the French Quarter. Only thing negative is the bed is small could use a queen or King size bed in room....

「Clean and as described. No issues. Would stay again.」

「Check in was easy. The place was immaculate and everything worked. However, the kitchen was sparse on amenities. No foil or food wrap, no tea kettle, no cooking oil, etc. Also, it would have been nice to have a spare blanket, Kleenex and other thoughtful touches That set apart a rental.」

「Enjoyed the property. If you are able to walk at least a mile very convenient to French Quarters. There were several events going on so Parking on street was tight. Initially very rapid communication with host but for some reason my last message never answeredWould recommend book detailing check in check out process be left visible and not a under other magazineOver all would definitely recommend」

「This is a cute little place. Pretty close to all the things we wanted to do and visit.」

「This VRBO was exactly as posted. Very clean, safe neighborhood and the communication with the Host was very quick. We parked in front of the house and walked to the FQ as well as used other transportation for further locales. The only concern was the beds were VERY FIRM. This is a personal preference so I am not counting this against the rental. 」

「Our stay was great! The home was clean and had everything we needed. We were pretty close to everything in the downtown area.」

「Very beautiful property. The hosts were very easy to reach. A bit further from the French Quarter than we thought but that could have been our error. Lots of toiletries and linens provided. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the courtyard lights. Location is secure and had easy check in and check out.」

「Bourbon Street vibe without the noise. The property boasts art, lush greenery, and natural and restored beauty everywhere. The convenience of the one-block walk to the grocery store and the incredible coffee shop, not to mention all the other walkable delights, can't be beat. We had a great time. Would definitely work with the owner again. When we had a problem, our host was quick to respond and had backup assistance readily available. Good times to be had in this home!」
