「We enjoyed our stay at the Roosevelt. It was a great location to experience the city on foot. At check in, Alexis found out it was our anniversary and sent a lovely gift basket to our room. I was refreshing to have daily (and sometimes mulit-daily) room service with clean towels brought in and our room picked up. We had forgotten how nice real service can be and the staff at the Roosevelt reminded us. Thank you for your service with a smile while we were there.」

「ホテルの立地も良く、部 屋も3人でエキストラベットを入れましたが十分な広さがあり、従業員も全て満足できるものでした。また、海外のホテルでは珍しく部屋に立派なスリッパが常備してあり感動でした。残念なのは、シャワーの出かたが弱く、十分にシャワーを浴びた気分になれなかったことです。」
