"Room was subpar for a embassy suites hotel. Housekeeping went into room when advised we didn't want room service. Shower drain was extremely slow, to the point it was not draining. Refrigerator was so small, could only put in a couple of items. We stayed 5 nights so whatever leftovers we had from dining out was basically thrown away. Would probably look at different hotel next year for our yearly trip to NOLA"

"The breakfast buffet was far and away the best breakfast selection I have ever seen in my entire life. From fruit to cereal to an omelette station, they had everything one could ask for. A mimosa was a great way to start my day as well. Bacon was available every day. I had a choice of points or breakfast and I was glad I chose the breakfast option. Room was ready well before my arrival time which was beautiful. Staff was terrific and the food at the bar was surprisingly reasonable. No pool at this facility. Room was great and had a great view of the Mississippi River from my bedroom window. Hotel was in a great location, well within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat although it wasn’t cheap."
