"The casino was a nice location. There was some issues with the elevator , normally only one working. The check in took a bit long once you check in, but nothing astronomical. I did love the room and the bed was very comfortable. "

"The bathroom exhaust fan in our room was not working, causing a lot of steam and humidity. We called multiple times and were told to wait for maintenance, but no one ever came. Our request to switch rooms was also rejected. Very disappointing service."

"The room #611 in the blanca tower was dreadful. Old and outdated. The bed was so worn out, carpets filthy. We had to pay to pay $25.00 to check in a 11/2 early when the room was ready. Called to complain about the room, but the staff would not help us get a better room. If staying at the Sahara you better upgrade or you will be stuck with a disappointing stay. Learned our lesson. "

"Room was fairly dirty and bathroom small and cramped (also dirty). Pools are great but the music from the adult pool can be deafening from the family pool. "

"This property had a much younger (think college age) vibe. it was very loud and just felt lower budget. The pool is 21 and over and was very loud. We went to the Flamingo family pool instead. I liked the coffee place and Chayo Mexican but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. I am in my 50's and like to have fun, I would have preferred a bit more upscale. We took my mom to the Eagles this weekend and that was great."
