"Room smelled like smoke, carpet was very dirty and the bed sheets smelled like smoke too.. even if the room was non smoking we still smell cig buds. And no air vents in the bathroom "

"Everything was great, people who can speak English were very friendly. Only thing that sucked was not having a fridge in the room and walk to elevators from front entrance took 7 minutes "

"Wish either the pool was bigger or there were more pools. I appreciate there being two but the beach chairs in between the 2 pools seemed kind of akwardly placed. The staff was good. The room could be updated but was otherwise nice."

"The room was in the W Las Vegas hotel next to Mandalay Bay, which was not specified at any point during the reservation. Mandalay beach/pool access was included but kind of a hassle based two different front desk areas."
