Hotel Staff was great. Casino staff especially the waitresses were sub par. Almost like they didn’t want to be there. Although it is on the strip, very far away from the main drag.

This place is way too expensive for what you get. Room was just okay. Shower never got hot. Pool closes at 6 PM. I know this is Vegas but this place is set up to rip people off at every turn. They have all this stuff in the rooms - snacks and drinks etc. They have everything set up with sensors. There is a little card with super fine print that say if you even pick something up for more than 30 seconds they will charge you (exorbitantly) for it. Absolute horse pucky. If you have kids then good luck with that. We got a $25 credit for drinks in the hotel with our reservation, problem is that one crappy margarita will suck up most of that. I think Vegas in general is not going to fare well with the massive inflation that is occurring. The middle class can't afford how insanely expensive everything has gotten. The whole place was pretty dead.

The mini bar was hot, I had to call 5 times on 2 different days to get anyone to do something about it. We were moved to another room and guess what? Refrigerator didnt work there either. Our food from lunch at Wallys ended up getting spoiled and the guests that came up to help celebrate my graduation had to keep going up and down the elevators to get cold drinks. Booo.

I asked room service for a fork and a vanity kit and they said they had neither but I could purchase both at a convenient store downstairs - feel like these are pretty standard things you should be able to call down for at a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. There are a ton of restaurants to choose from and you didn't feel claustrophobic walking throughout the casino/restaurant area. It was very spacious
