"This was a perfect hotel for us. It’s not as big as some of the other hotels which I found overwhelming and easy to get lost. Luxor was very manageable and on the free tram between Mandalay and Excalabur. The room was a little tired but had all the amenities we needed."

The a/c took three hours to get to 70 degrees and no one picked up in the engineering, front desk or hospitality departments. I will not stay there again nor will I recommend that anyone else does. There are better hotels, in the same area, for the same price..."
