「Great apartment. Very comfortable. Very quiet, despite being next to the casino. I always felt safe. Had all the amenities I needed. Being on the 28th floor, almost completely surrounded with windows and a wraparound balcony, had great views of the city, the strip, and the mountains. Loved it. Highly recommend. 「This place was very quiet overall and pretty much right on the strip. So if you want a very quiet stay on the strip, its a good spot. Its 100 ft from strip. Pool area is nice and quiet. The unit is a little older and the appointments are not overly modern, and the unit was somewhat dilapidated. But, on my floor that week they were renovating every other unit (which created immense noise starting at 7am). So maybe its getting updated. Communication with host was ZERO. I sent a few messages...

「Most of the lights are not working. Not much natural light in the room. Microwave is not in working order. AC not covered the whole place.」

「The host was very helpful. We were not able to use the amenities as the pool and exercise facility due to not being provided with a key fob the entire weekend. The water faucet in the shower was not connected or adjusted properly and it spued scaulding, hot water. It was a challenge if you were in a hurry. It took some time to adjust the water temperature everytime each of us was taking a shower. Other than that, the room was ok.」

「This was a beautiful place at the perfect location close to the pool short walk to the MGM short walk to the strip host was very kind love snacks and a bottle of wine for us would definitely recommend」

「I like that the property was on a high fl and in tower 1, but there wasn’t a balcony and the room wasn’t as clean as I expected also the listing say pay at property but that’s a lie they cancel on me twice until they were able to take the payment as you reserve and the host was never available my rating would be 3 star」
