「Stayed here when it was a Howard Johnson. It's much safer now. Reasonable price. TV didn't work and the front desk told me that's why they gave me a 20% off coupon for Denny's but I worked in hotel before and had the same issues, and also gave Denny's coupons just for the stay. Do I'm unsure how true that is. Either way, it was a reasonable price to stay in a safe part of Vegas」

「Great unit, exactly as advertised. Clean and spacious. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit. Vdara has nice gym, and guests can also use Aria facilities (gym, pool) if desired. Aria is about 50 yard walk away, and Bellagio and Cosmo also are connected to Vdara by skybridge. Highly recommend this unit and Vdara overall.」

「Great bang for your buck with direct access to MGM Grand!」

「Lots of crazy things with this property. Dishwasher and kitchen but not a dish, cup or fork to be had. Bring your own dishes kind of place. We left two days early. That should tell you all you need to know.」

「The host was amazing. The air conditioning is excellent. There is parking in the driveway. It is very private. The side of his house has a gate with a key to open and close it. Then open the small apartment to stay in. It has a nice bedroom with a bathroom in it. It has a small room with an extra bed in it as well. Everything looks updated. A full size fridge. It does not have stove/oven but microwave, electric stove burners to cook on, small crockpot, coffee pot, etc. He understands some...

「My family enjoyed our stay in Las Vegas this past week. The proximity to the Strip was steps away, our room was quiet (we very rarely even saw others on our floor), and provided what we wanted in a stay with older kids. We did have a problem with the kitchen faucet, but the maintenance department showed up the next day and was able to fix it quickly. Thanks again, and we recommend for others to stay there! 」

「Claudia is a very good host. She helped me with all my needs and made sure everything was taken care of.」

「We arrived at the room to be greated by a terrible smell that appeared to be emanating from a very badly stained carpet. After 3 hours of trying to get this resolved with the third party company that managed the room, the best I was offered was that we would have to put up with it for the night and they would get someone to come at 11am the following morning. Only AFTER I said this was not acceptable and over an hour of silence from the person I was dealing with we where offered a replacement...

「Room was clean」

「Great and comfortable stay. Definitely an easy check in and the host was very communicative. Would book again」

「Location beats some pricier spots near the strip that felt less walkable.」
