"Room was clean but the walls were paper thin. Music played until 4 am. Almost impossible to sleep with all the noise from outside and in the hallway. Also, good luck trying to talk to anyone at the front desk. The lines were always super long. Would have been helpful to have a concierge desk for simple questions outside of the check in or checkout line. "

"Fantastic property. Room was wonderful. Staff very pleasant and helpful. So many food options. The pool area was great. Shaded and sunny areas to sit. Loved the loungers in the water. Check out the ice cream place and order the quava and passion fruit flavors. "

"Customer service has an attitude, first room had hairs on the bed and stains and smelled like dirty mop and cigarette . I was given another room and the 2nd one had hairs on the bed and eye lashes on the seat . Supposedly said remodeled yeah they are are but not maintained "
