It looks like a brand new hotel compared to most of hotels in Vegas. The staff in the reception who helped me to check in is very nice and professional, the bellman as well. Really enjoyed the stay at Crockfords.

This property has a weird way of trying to be a luxury property inside a lower tier property. So the rooms are nice with circus circus staff.

A refined, quiet luxury escape within the Resorts World complex. Private gated entrance, elegant lobby, and dedicated elevators set a calm, exclusive tone right away. Rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully appointed (smart controls, quality toiletries, excellent beds). Staff were consistently welcoming and helpful. Access to the VIP infinity pool and the full resort’s dining, casino, and amenities is a major plus, while the hotel itself stays relatively peaceful compared with the rest of the Strip. Location sits on the northern end, so it’s a short ride or walk to the denser mid-Strip action.

Property was beautiful but customer service was lacking. Spoke to 3 different people over the phone and issue was never resolved until check in. Manger was trying to “upgrade” or room but at Conrad instead. Called the two rooms the same but different colors. Interesting that their is a price difference if they are the same rooms. Hotel room was beautiful but don’t think we would stay again. Casino was also dead.

The best service with complimentary valet service. Nice quick bites in the morning in the lobby. I really appreciated the fresh fruit which is always nice on a vacation.
