"My room was clean. Comfortable bed and the AC was great. Didn't like the elevators that took so long that I had to walk down 19 flights of stairs with my suitcase not a great way to start off the morning. That was the downfall for me. "

"Internet was pretty chincy, limited to 2 devices and charged $14.99 per device after that. Received room cleaning after 1st night but after 2nd night there was no room cleaning service. I called the housekeeping dept and requested it for the next day. Left the property the next day at 9:45am and requested room cleaning service to housekeeping staff again in the morning just to make sure. Returned at approximately 5pm after golf and the room had still not been cleaned. Went to the front desk...
