「I couldn’t be happier with the residences at the Signature Tower 1 suites from MGM. I didn't even know these towers existed, and I go to Vegas quite often. **Rare Find**This was such a relief, because I was there for a work conference, and I needed peace and quiet when I came home or through the lobby in the evening.Check-in was simple and easy. The check-in host was kind and informative about the property. The amenities were fantastic, especially with Starbucks in the lobby between towers one...

「This property was very clean and comfortable during our 4 night stay. From the kitchenette, to the upgraded flooring, it was definitely felt more like staying at a condo than a hotel room. It was easy to get to the MGM from the connect indoor walkway. There were other great activities in walking distance, like Top Golf. Some friends were staying in a different unit in the same property, but it was not maintained like this one. We definitely plan on staying here again.」

「The inside of the apartment is nice and clean but the property is located in a run down area. It is located upstairs. I would not feel safe to walk anywhere outside of the apartment. The host however went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.」
