「Hello, I wanted to share some concerns about my recent stay and request your help in reviewing whether a partial refund might be appropriate. When I checked in, I asked if it would be possible to place my room on the same floor as another family member staying at the hotel. I was told that because my reservation was booked through Expedia and listed as a private room, the hotel was unable to make any adjustments and that I would need to contact the host through the booking platform if I needed...

「Try to request additional pillow and blankets, unfortunately no one is able to provide them. Due to property is owned by private owners. Will never recommend them. 」

「Very well run property (MGM Signature). The room had a great view of the pool. The master suite was large with a huge master bath. The kitchen had a coffee maker that was missing the coffee pot. I was sad that I couldn’t make any coffee. There was an electric kettle but no tea bags were provided. Overall it was nice but could have used a little more thought.」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk person informed us of the free tram from the Excalibur to the the Mandalay Bay Hotel which we did not know about.」

「3泊で二日目にルームクリーニングタオル交換依頼しましたが　フロントにて100ドル追加で掛かる話しをされ　諦めました。ゴミもいっぱいタオルも三日間使い回し！　部屋設備は良いが清掃が中途半端　トイレ便器内が汚い　汚れが落ちない」

「Everything was wonderful about this stay. Check-in was fast, communication with the property manager was easy, they checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised to find coffee, creamers and water on hand. We made breakfast each morning in the beautifully equipped kitchen and were able to enjoy a coffee before heading out for the day. I would stay here again without hesitation and recommend them over and over again. Thanks so much」
