"$7 drip coffee, $10 water, $17 packaged sandwich breakfast at a 2 star resort…not impressed."

"super expensive for the hotel condition. I paid $950 in total for 3 nights. While the room appeared to have been cleaned, there was a layer of dust everywhere (probably was cleaned a while ago and not used since. The view was horrible. the line to check in was at least 1 hour. when I called to upgrade, I was told I have to go stand in line all over again. I went to the registration area, the line had doubled in size. when I approached the VIP area, the lady was very stern in telling me there are no upgrades available, and next time not to use the VIP line. she was super rude. the carpet in the hallways is dirty and lifted in many areas to create a trip hazard. for $70 a night, I may recommend it. for $350 per night, that's a solid NO."

"It was barely okay it reek like a cigarette it was empty. Staff was not helping the front desk wasn’t even a the front desk it was customers service they couldn’t help me staff was nice though. We booked the room for the fountain view and they didn’t even gave me what I payed for. They supposedly gave us an upgrade for compensation but that upgrade was a downgrade. I just wanted what I payed for and that was the fountain view. Horrible experience find a better hotel and resort. "

"Stayed at the Palace tower, room is spacious but old. Could hear people coughing on the room next door. Bathtub drain was not working well and didn’t get fixed during the stay. No amenities like water in the room. Bathroom amenities were as basic as they get too - body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bed was ok. Room service is essentially take away from the fast food and casual restaurants. Staff during check in were great, but housekeeping wasn’t. The room was barely cleaned. Apart from making the bed they left all the trash that wasn’t in the bin around the room, clothes not folded, tables not cleaned, etc. Can’t comment on the pools or casino. "
