The pool was closed but we had use of the Paris pool which was beautiful. There was a constant large queue at check in - they could do with more staff on reception to reduce lines. The hotel has an excellent location in the middle of the strip"

"The hotel was unpleasant and regret taking my family to Circus Circus. The sheets and bathroom towels were dirty. We had to switch rooms because the people staying next to us were smoking and the odor was stagnant in our room. The staff had horrible attitudes and said they can’t do anything about the room next to smoking. Also, the food court ran out of food early in the evening. Floors, walls, curtains, sheets, and pillow cases were all dirty. The entire hotel smelled like drugs and sewer. I asked numerous times to speak to a manager and never got a call back. This hotel is run down. DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT! "
