"We ordered a king size bed room and was confirmed. When we arrived that choice was not available. The mattresses were old and saggy it hurt my back. Had to stuff pillows under it to firm it up."

"There was no air conditioning working in the room. So we called the front desk & they came to fix it but it only worked for a day & a half. It was 100 degrees outside. They also don’t heat the pool whatsoever. Even though it was hot outside the pool was freezing & they had the whole hot tub area closed. No shade at all in the pool area. Everyday in the early AM the maid was outside our door vacuuming & talking really loud on a walkie-talkie and did this all morning long. The bathroom had a drain problem & only a half shower door,. So all the water went all over the floor. Plus no where to sit in there, just the toilet. Great location at least."

"This place is insanely nice. Room was spacious and clean. Had a great view of the fountain and the shows every night. I think we'll need to go back just to finish exploring the grounds. Only complaint is that the shower did not have a handheld faucet."

"We would like to share a few issues we experienced during our stay. First, the blankets and bed sheets have an unpleasant smell, likely due to being old and possibly washed with low-quality detergent. Unfortunately, you can still notice the lingering scent of previous guests, which feels quite uncomfortable. Secondly, every morning around 6:00 AM, there is extremely loud music and drum noise coming from outside. The windows literally shake from the vibration. We reported this issue, but it felt as though nobody genuinely tried to understand or properly investigate the situation. We woke up every morning because of the noise and were unable to fall back asleep afterward. On a positive note, the valet service was excellent — complimentary, fast, and very professional. We sincerely thank the valet team for their kindness and efficiency. Another issue is that the shower water is usually only lukewarm and rarely properly hot. Lastly, because the building is quite old, there is a noticeable sewage smell coming from the toilets into the room. If you accidentally leave the bathroom door open while sleeping, you may wake up to a strong sewer odor in the room."
