The room, location and hotel amenities were great. The restaurant Marilyn's Cafe was horrible. On 2/7 I put in an order and they were 40 minutes late, no refund, no discount offered. When I called three times to get an eta (when ordering food you're assured a 15 - 20 minute wait) I was hung up on. I had to call the front desk manager to get in touch with the Cafe. I get a call from the Marilyn's cafe manager who promised she would call back and she never did. The food was cold and the cafe consistently never brought up my cup of ice when requested with my order.

Everything was nice. The only issue I had was you need a major credit card to put the $150 deposit on the room. You are not allow to use a debit card for that. Some people don’t have a credit card and live in within there means.
