「There’re some restaurants and grocery stores near from the motel. The room was clean, service was not so bad, but there was almost no Wi-Fi, that was the only problem.」

「ここは好みが分かれそうです。場所は文字通りダウンタウンにある家で、安いのて選びました。 部屋はベッドにテレビ、小さなテーブルも1つあり、バスタオル付です。 シャワーとトイレ、キッチンは共用で、片付いています。 が、まず空調は冷房だけで冬は毛布が置いてあるだけです。またWifiはドアに書いてあるものと違うのを使っています。私が一番困ったのは、管理人が正面玄関を開ける形にしているので、自由には出入りし難いことと、部屋には内鍵しかないため、自分がシャワー等を浴びたりしている間のセキュリティが心配になる事でした。 つまり安いなりのリスクがある、ということを自覚して行くと良いでしょう。」

「Host was very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and simple, exactly what I needed for this trip, and everything seemed clean and easy to navigate. There is an excellent pizza place down the street and the building wasn't far from the subway or from buses. Had a great experience and would stay again!」

「The house and room were filthy. The owner was rude and could care less that the images in the description are a misrepresentation of what the conditions actually were. The toilet didn’t work and there was trash on the floor and she said that I’d have to “deal with it” because of the low price. 」

「After I booked the place and got to the destination the owner changed the listing as not available. They ddid not call to notify me. I call the number they provided but the voice man was full. This location is not a hotel it is a house. Also the area of Newark seemed unsafe. It reminds me of the worst parts of Philadlephia. I was very disappointed and would like a refund. 」
