Somewhere between 12-14 hours before check in they FINALLY sent the check in information.ROOM: It's up a flight of steep stairs that was not mentioned in the description. While the pictures make the apartment look nice, it was far from it. The bathroom had no heat blowing in it and the walls were ice...
