"Good central location to use as a base while in Manhattan. The hotel has a modern interior and is generally very clean. Our room was a little bit smaller than was suggested in the images we'd seen.
Customer service on the whole was good, but on one of the days during our 4-night stay, we did not receive housekeeping or fresh towels (despite being out of the room all day). We were provided with fresh towels after I went down to the desk and mentioned this, but they arrived later in the day, and it was too late to have our bedding changed, or the rest of the room cleaned.
The room also doesn't come with any cups or glasses to drink from, or any complimentary tea or coffee, which would usually be expected at a hotel of this price point.
On the whole it was a decent stay and fine for our trip, but nothing special."
