"We had a very pleasant stay at The New Yorker Hotel. The location was excellent and extremely convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel and our room were clean and well maintained overall.
The only issue we noticed was an unpleasant smell inside the elevators. All of the elevators we used had a similar odor, almost like the smell of towels or cleaning cloths that had not been properly washed or dried. Since everything else in the hotel felt clean and comfortable, this stood out to us and would be something worth improving.
Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the location, cleanliness, and service."
