「Allan the host was very good. He came very quickly to replace bulb in overhead light in bedroom. However the place wasn't very clean. The bathtub was broken in the middle so standing in the shower felt like you were going to fall through it. Outside the shower on the wall the hook was loose and not secure properly to the wall. The soap in dispensers in kitchen and bathroom hardly worked. The dining chairs were wobbly. The makeup mirror in bathroom hanging by electrical wire. The beds were...

「Great location. Warm, comfortable beds! Perfect spot for what we needed! 」

「Great location, walk across the street and you are in Central Park. Added bonus, the condo is on the top floor with partial views of Central Park. 7 minute walk to the subway with express routes to midtown. Beds were very comfortable and each room has individual heating:cooling. The only negative was the kitchen did not have a toaster, and we like to have breakfast in the condo.」

「The stay felt homey and the owner was flexible at times, but we did see multiple roaches, there were less than courteous moments with the owner regarding checkout, the oven does not work, bathtub and toilets were clogging, and there were mouse traps in the cabinets which were concerning. 」

「Clean, well-equipped unit with plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was relatively quiet and residential. Did not use outside because of weather. Easy communications and entry process. Would stay again.」
