"The price and location were good. It’s up 4 flights of steps, which was not a problem. Deli right on the corner for easy breakfast or lunch sandwiches. Overall a good experience. Bathroom is very small, but it’s NYC. Shower had great water pressure and hot water. 👍"

"Check in was easy. The host had someone waiting to carry my bag upstairs - it's a 5th floor walkup. That wasn't a problem for me, but it should be said. The metro is within a block, and the area has conveniences all along both 2nd and 3rd Ave. The building felt safe, there was natural light, and a fully funcitional kitchen with all the amenities you need. The bed was very, very comfortable, and I appreciate the quality TP. ;) "

"Location is unbeatable. Next to everything midtown Manhattan. The condo is sparse but serves as a good resting spot. Not enough towels or basic necessities. Check in and app for access was interesting. Only one person could use the app out of four so we could not do separate activities. We also had no power for a few hours due to an issue the owner had with the power company."

"Very nice and convenient place to stay. Central Park is just across the street. The beds are so comfortable and nice to have 2 bathrooms with 3 women getting ready. "
