「As others have written, this is a fantastic and spacious apt in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for families!The host was immediately responsive when we needed help with the lockbox. The apt has everything a family needs -- especially useful was the washer-drier (in one machine!), which allowed us to put laundry in the morning, go out and come back to a dry load. There was laundry washing liquid so we didn't have to buy any.The beds were comfortable and the walk-in shower good. There...

「Our group enjoyed our stay at this location! The place was very clean, had plenty of towels and glassware for us to use, and the hosts were very responsive when we reached out with any questions. If we ever need to stay in the city again, we would definitely choose to come back here!」

「The price and location were good. It’s up 4 flights of steps, which was not a problem. Deli right on the corner for easy breakfast or lunch sandwiches. Overall a good experience. Bathroom is very small, but it’s NYC. Shower had great water pressure and hot water. 👍」

「My child participated in the itheatrics camp, and this location was perfect. He felt safe to walk to rehearsal every day and we could easily walk to shows every night. The location is as described in listing. Small kitchen and living space, but bedroom is large. I felt secure accessing and while inside the building. We saved lots of money having a kitchen available to make simple breakfast and lunch. Every night dinner was out and the food in the area is amazing! There are a ton of laundromats...

「Host would have 4-10 hours delay in responding. Property address listed is not where the same adress that the "other" host will text you directly, not through Vrbo. There were cockaroaches, the furniture is old and uncomfortable, towels had stains, not a well kept establishment. Pictures on Vrbo are enhanced, the place looks nothing like the pictures. Custodian did have the place clean for our early check-in. I would not recommend this rental.」
