「Really enjoyed our stay. Three nights in a very clean, bright and comfortable room. Staff was attentive. Two blocks to subway. Hotel was quiet. Outside, not so much. Could be that we were there during UN General Assembly so lots of sirens and traffic. But that was a NYC thing and not the responsibility of the Hilton on West 57th Club. 」

「The front door lock was extremely problematic to unlock and get in. Took us 20 mins one day. There were many items in the apartment broken. Not very hot water in en suite bathroom. Clean but could have been cleaner. No comfortable chairs to sit on. On a good side main bed comfortable and location good. Would not be returning to this apartment again. 」
