「立地が良く、観光に便利だった。キッチン設備が充実しているので、いつでも温かい食べ物が食べられて良かった。時間帯は遅くなるが、ランドリーが使えたのが便利だった。スタッフの対応が良く、トラブルにすぐ対処してもらえて助かった。」

Always kept an eye on the guests and would check in to see if everything was ok. I asked for late checkout on the day and they gave it to us without additional charge. The downsides were… 1. 「The duplex pent house was perfect for our fam of 4. The kids each took the larger two sofa beds and we ordered a rollaway bed for the youngest. The kitchen was nice but basic. There was no tea for the hot water kettle, no coffee for the coffeemaker, only cups, plates, utensils, etc. We loved the big bath and walk in shower. The bed upstairs was comfy but the kids complained that the sofa beds were not. The owner graciously let us check in early thankfully because the luggage closet downstairs...

「This was our 5th time at this address and everything was perfect as expected. The host kept us informed on accommodations, amenities, and the hotel staff was excellent. Room was ready on arrival, clean, and well appointed. Highly recommend this property - views are exceptional and proximity to Central Park are top notch. 」
