「Beautiful property, great location. Staff was incredible especially in the main area and lounge. Clearly builldings need to be maintained. Check in staff said nothing and we found ourselves trying to find a way to our room. We ended up in the service elevators. No further big deal but we were crammed into the elevator with garbage and cleaning equipment because only one regular elevator was in service. 「The location is wonderful and the apartment was very clean and quite quiet. The futon is very uncomfortable and not suitable for an adult to use. It is listed as sleeping 5. That’s a big stretch. Communication is very delayed until right before check in. The host was good at responding after that.」
