「Beautiful property, great location. Staff was incredible especially in the main area and lounge. Clearly builldings need to be maintained. Check in staff said nothing and we found ourselves trying to find a way to our room. We ended up in the service elevators. No further big deal but we were crammed into the elevator with garbage and cleaning equipment because only one regular elevator was in service. Believe me that I’m fine with that - we just weren’t informed and I felt like we were where we...

「The location is wonderful and the apartment was very clean and quite quiet. The futon is very uncomfortable and not suitable for an adult to use. It is listed as sleeping 5. That’s a big stretch. Communication is very delayed until right before check in. The host was good at responding after that.」

「I absolutely loved the location. It is a great New York feel staying here. Finding a place with 6 beds at this price felt great. It was easy to find all the places we visited from this location. You do hear all of the New York street noise from the loft at all hours of the night which didn’t bother me. For me, this is part of being in the city. It was awesome to me but if you need quiet to be able to sleep, this isn’t your place. I loved looking out and just seeing the lively city all the time....
