Since Sheraton Hotel is worldwide brand name, I expected the certain level of service, but it falls short of expectation. 1: Front desk women's attitude and tone of voice were not appropriate. Whenever we asked improvements on our room, it seems like hassle and did not apologize.
2: No refrigerator in the room, so I asked to provide one, but broken one was provided first, in the back of the refrigerator, it says "broken".
3 Room cleaning was made at 5PM.
4 Toilet was broken (stucked) person who fix the toilet has not shown up and we asked to front desk and she did not apologize this inconvenience.
5 Dirty sponge which might have used for room cleaning left in the washroom. It was very disgusting.
For those reasons, we were very disappointed at this hotel.
