"Staff was friendly and nice. Just two issues, elevator times were extremely slow at times and crowded due to how long they took. Other issue was cleanliness, when we arrived to our room we found a key card in the couch cushion when we sat down and the dirty windows ruined our view."

"This is a good, inexpensive option in Manhattan, 2 blocks from the Whitney and the High Line. To be clear, the room is tiny, definitely just for sleeping. And there is one shared bathroom per floor. But it’s clean and has everything you need. The small lobby has nice seating and some wonderful art books."

"Nice room but not sure it justifies the price. Clean, though, good housekeepers. Nice little plate of bakery in room upon arrival. Very small lobby and bar. Couldn’t figure out how to get to rooftop bar just to see it. Mirrored elevator doors annoying because you can’t tell when they arrive. Pretty good location couple blocks from subway. "

"I was charged over 400 a night for 2 nights and the room looked like it was still in 1990. No refrigerator, the carpet was old, all the furniture looked like it was bought from the salvation army, both beds had missing pieces, the thermostat didn't work at all so i couldn't control the temperature in the room, the bathroom was ruated in different areas and there was hair in there from god knows when. I will NEVER in my life stay here again and i DO NOT recommend this hotel, even to my worst enemy. "
