"Love the hotel especially the design and decor. Staff is so nice and professional. Room service food is excellent. The only negative is the lack of an in-house gym. Would stay again. "

"We walked down 7th Ave to the hotel with our suitcases from Penn Station, even though we could've caught the subway #1 going South. We were able to walk to Times Square to catch Broadway shows. A "highlight" was the High Line Trail in Chelsea, not far from the hotel.
The staff was always friendly and helpful. We were able to have a simple breakfast of muffins/bagels and coffee/tea. The hotel felt safe because the police took their morning breaks in the breakfast room.
We had room for two adults and two teenagers-two beds. It was small, but sufficient. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean.
The air conditioner in the room was a bit loud, but functionable."
"On Times Square so everything was very close. The concierge helped us arrange a shuttle to and from the airport, it was a little expensive but worth it for the convenience. "
"First time in NY and staying at the Sheraton Times Square was a great experience. My family and I were very satisfied with the level of service we received from the staff."
"Frankie provided exceptional service throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to accommodate our room arrangements and was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs."
