Breakfast was so limited it was disappointing. Lifts are terrible and you can be waiting an age. Staff were friendly and a good location. I guess you get what you pay for. Stayed at another hotel previously on Times Square and it was three times the price.

Limpio y en buen lugar cerca de todo del metro del la estación de camiones.lo único q no le gustó es que el de la seguridad del turno de la tarde o noche es un poco rudo yo se que tiene q ser estricto pero hay maneras de decir las cosas y para mi es un poco rudo en sus palabras , de ahí todo bien lo recomiendo .

Check in was significantly delayed as I think they were overwhelmed with spring break crowds. Breakfast was good and free, but limited in variety. No pool. Elevators fine but occasionally slow. Room good and they actually left enough towels for everyone in the group. Pillows were poor. Cleaning service happened very late in the day and often after we'd returned from our activities.

Super happy I stayed here - free breakfast in NYC is hard to find. Close to everything - the room is large (especially for Times Square) coffee maker and mini fridge in room, in room safe, large shower, quiet (even street side) Very good a/c and heat -easy to adjust and responsive- They will store your luggage if you need it Room was clean, staff were super friendly and helpful, secure entry to lobby so there aren’t a lot of people milling around, close to shops and shows. Have stayed in a lot of places in Times Square that were tiny, hot, weak plumbing - will stay here every time I come back

It is a very lovely place for a stay, especially for many major Manhattan attractions, and for those going to see shows on Broadway. I never walked for longer than 30 minutes to any of my events and locations. Breakfast being included was a great help to pace the days.

I forget how much I like to stay in Times Square until I get there and everything is so convenient. The price was great for one night and the staff was very nice and accommodating the entire time. WE had the breakfast which is also nice since we were getting on a day long flight. I only wish we had a fridge in the room since we knew it was going to be a long day and we just bought beer and stayed in that night. There is a nice Irish bar and a pizza place that made everything easy when it was freezing outside.

The hotel is in a premium locations, steps from Times Square and Broadway. My room was in the 24th floor, very clean and updated. The staff was amazing from the check-in to check out, friendly and professional. I received a text the second asking how is my stay so far and if I need anything. The breakfast has lots of variety. Coffee, tea and infused water were available at the reception all day. I was a solo traveller and I found it safe as there was a security guard all the time, to go in you need to show your room card and delivery services were not allowed to go up to the room but stay at the reception. I highly recommend it and will definitely go back.

First room they put us in the door would not lock. Called front desk and they said no engineer on duty so we would have to wait. Waited an hour someone came up to look at the door to see it did not lock. So he said he would change rooms. Second room they put us in there was dried blood on the sink. At this time it’s 1am we are tired so I just let it go. Thank god I carry my own cleaning wipes and disinfectant so I cleaned it myself. With no one being available I figured it would be another hour to clean the room. The bed was comfortable but at 5am you can hear all the construction going on outside so it wasn’t a great sleep. Overall the stay was just ok. I really wasn’t expecting it since there were so many good reviews.

We were checked on every day and the desk staff were more than friendly! They made my grandson and I feel like royalty! That is not an exaggeration! Upon checkout they gave my grandson a toy and they gave us a care package of water and snacks for our trip! The remarkable part of our interaction was that they did it with so many people coming and going. This is the busiest hotel I’ve ever been in. Thank you for this stay. We’ll be back!!
