The staff were welcoming and friendly. I was able to check in super early (it changed my first day significantly - for good). The hotel is supper close to Grand Central and Bryant Park. It was a great location and a great experience.

Great staff as always, from front desk to bar, but the rooms are getting a bit worn and the price is not as competitive as it was to warrant the lack of basic amenities. Still ok for one or two nights if you're spending the day out.
