"I loved the architecture and history of the property. Its location in the heart of Chelsea was great. I was close to the High Line and the Hudson River Parkway. There was a subway stop one block away and plenty of dining options as well. "

"This hotel is excellent location for getting to Times Square, MSG, and shopping. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar, and entertainment. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and there is security not so obviously present that secures the premises. This is our 5th stay!"

"I liked the cleanliness and size of room, nice touches in lobby with the rose area Great idea to have bikes for use but very disappointed that when my friend had an issue with the brakes detaching from the bike resulting in her going over the handle bars, and injuring herself that the focus seemed to be more on fimdijg who to blame for who signed the bike out. As we informed that the bike was due to be fixed amd shouldnt have gone out "

"What I did not like was that on the Expedia website/app under the Fairfield fine print of hotel changes it stated I would be charged $50 per stay, per accommodation but was charged $100 for my 1 night stay. I feel this information was misleading. The elevators were not in proper working condition for it to be a hotel of many floors with many guests. One kept coming to the ground floor, wouldn’t open & go back up several times while the other would just take long. Rooms were comfortable & decent....

"I loved the look of the property - Iike a quaint European small hotel. Air conditioning was not strong enough, but staff arranged to address it immediately. Price for Saturday night was over four hundred dollars; price for Sunday night was $255. Room was small but comfy. I think the overall price was too expensive for the basic amenities, but the property is lovely. The only visible staff is essentially a bellhop. No concierge. Walkable area with restaurants close by. "
