The staff was very nice and always helpful if my sister or I had questions. They responded quickly when our refrigerator wasn't working and the air conditioner wasn't cooling properly. What we didn't like was all the city traffic noise and sirens, but that is not the hotels fault.

2 rooms with the ac units rattling sound i couldn't sleep and homeless literally sitting out side the hotel is not worth it do not book in that area
