"The Hyatt was the perfect base for us to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary!"

"My kids ordered a fruit plate and cookies for me. The fruit was not ripe, so basically tasteless (blueberries were the best; pineapple, strawberries, watermelon, blackberries had no flavor at all.) The cookies were okay. The bottle of sparkling water required an opener, which the hotel did not provide. "

"Pros: Amazing location. Door and security staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Shower was hot and powerful. Cons: Reception staff were terrible - we had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with Alex several times and he was disinterested and frankly quite rude. For the price of the hotel, additionally charging $4 an item to store bags after check out is really taking advantage of travellers with no other option. Rooms are ok, tired. No tea/coffee making facilities, not even a water glass in the rooms, we had one plastic cup to share between 3. Overall would expect more from the Hyatt brand."
