Hyatt Grand Central New York
10/10 Excellent
"Great trip , excellent location and hotel is pretty nice "
"Love this hotel, we’ve stayed here two years in a row and will continue. The price is right even though it’s a bit small and no amenities it’s all you need for visiting the big apple. "
"The location is great, walking distance to metro, and other public transportation. At the time we arrived, they were doing some construction so we couldn’t appreciate the main lobby and surrounding areas. The room a nice size, clean, small refrigerator, coffee maker. The only problem that we get charged to keep our bags/suitcases when our room was not ready, obviously we weren’t going to be all our town hauling them. Other than that, we’re pleased we our stay."
"Nothing bad to stay about this hotel. Very clean, great location, rooms were quiet, staff were lovely. I would highly recommend if you are looking to stay in NYC."
"All of the hotel staff were extremely diligent in their jobs and very friendly. They were outstanding and customer service-focused staff. Definitely will stay again."
