Location is great with easy access to nearby sites in lower Manhattan while enjoying distance from the frenzy of midtown etc. Primary bed in master is super comfortable, but room was chilly and a bit noisy so we actually slept in living room after first night. 「Location! Location! Location! Being in the West Village was perfect for my solo stay in NYC. It was close to all the coffee shops, restaurants, and shops I wanted to check out. The bed was super comfy, and the place had just what I needed. It needed a bit of cleaning though. The microwave hadn’t been used in a while with spiderwebs inside, and the fridge needs a good wipe down inside. Other than that I was very comfortable! I would definitely stay again!」

"お部屋の清潔さ、清掃については普通でした。 しかし、接客の方は本当に素晴らしく！ ちょっとした部屋でのハプニング、 例えば、室内の温度調整の仕方がわからないことについて、 電話で問い合わせたところ すぐに部屋まできて下さって対応して下さった李。 外出での行き先のヒントなど、 様々なことに笑顔で御尽力を下さいました。 「また会いたい、泊まりたい！」とおもえるホテルでした。 スーパーマーケットが隣にあり、 大きな店舗ではないにしても、 夕食や朝食を買うのに本当に便利！ タイムズスクエアへもすぐ近くで、 しかも、心配していた夜中の騒音はまったくなく、 静かで安心に過ごすことができました。 唯一、壁に備え付けの暖房がむき出しで、 高温になるので気を付けなければならないのは不便な展でした。 水やお茶のサーバーは無いですが、 とにかく、隣のスーパーマーケットの存在で、 さほど気になりませんでした。 "
