"Pay attention to the elevators when you press you floor. It tells you what elevator to catch. Not sure the issues that people had.. catch the correct elevator and you have zero issues. "

"I changed rooms and then left early. The rooms are in horrible condition and all or most of the metal surfaces in the bathroom are rusty. The carpeting has runs in it and the room had a random Ironing board leaning against the wall. I couldn't control the temperature in the room housekeeping had to come up and turn it off entirely. Very disappointing."

"Customer service at its very best ! The entire team ! The food and the cleanliness and atmosphere was superb and across the street from the Barrymore Theatre …absolutely amazing ! Thank you and we wol be back ! Toy and the entire team rock oh and the extra special touches with your partnership with the cafe / restaurants were perfect as we ate at all three …and the elegant mothers say touch with photo opportunities were priceless as we were here for a mommy and daughter annual trip ! "Room was quite small, no room to even open a suitcase anywhere. Bathroom was also very cramped. The bedding and sheets were not comfortable. The room was clean though and staff were nice. Good location."

"The A/c window unit was ok. Did its job but it wasn’t super hot outside during our visit. Not sure how it would handle summer heat. The room condition was pretty bad. Peeling paint on doors, threadbare carpet, super creaky floors that felt like my foot was going to go through one part, the door to the room wouldn’t close tightly and looked as if it had been kicked open. We were still able to lock it. No problems with the parking garage around the corner. Beds were comfortable. What the room condition lacked was made up by location though. We weren’t in NYC just to sit in our lodging. Super easy access to the subway- awesome location- friendly staff!"
