「Clean, orderly room and friendly host」

「We stayed here as a large family (9) while exploring NYC, and the apartment was absolutely superb. Everything felt completely new — it honestly seemed like we were the first ones to use many of the amenities. The quality is top-notch in every detail.The rooms are huge and very cozy, which made it perfect for our group. 「Beautiful property, clean, and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The washer and dryer was broken which made it difficult as we found out our cruise was being re-routed from Bermuda to Canada because of a hurricane & we needed to wash our warm clothes we had worn in NYC. Because of pre-planned activities we did not have time to go to the laundromat. The property owner did give us a small refund after I requested it. The neighborhood was a little rough, but these rental properties were beautiful. 」
