"Excellent rooms, location was great. Check in was not very pleasant. Waited in line 3 times before I was able to receive my room, which was after 4:00 that evening. All other amenities were very nice and pleasant. "

"Staff was great, breakfast was much better than expected, hotel room was small but had what we needed. The first night we noticed the heater didn’t work but didn’t report it since we didn’t use it. Hotel is just steps from Time Square but no loud noises once inside the room. Arrived 2 hours early to check in and we were offered another room with 2 beds instead of 1 king if we didn’t want to wait, which we took. Could leave our luggage after check out which was a super plus! Hotel in under renovation but no issues at all because of it. Overall nice experience and for sure will stay again."

"Attractive spacious room with real glasses and a magazine. Wonderful breakfast at Murals. Can’t wait to sit at the bar, Randolph’s. Beautifully located on the corner of sixth Avenue and 54th St. only 10 blocks from Times Square. Lovely, helpful staff."
