"Location was amazing! We were within a 5 minute walk to Time Square. Be warned that you will be waiting quite a while for the elevators. They also had live music and a bar in the lobby. It was pretty cool but VERY LOUD and felt like you were in a club rather than I hotel. Luckily y, we were on the 18th floor and didn’t hear the music but if you were on a lower floor, I would have had to find somewhere else to stay. There is a coffee shop attached and it was so cute and had amazing coffee."

"they were able to resolve the issue, but when we arrived, the smoke detector was disabled and there was a very loud noise coming from the vent. we were early and told that we would be notified when the room was ready. we were not given a room till after 4pm. I was told that the room I had been booked for, had an elite member and they had a late checkout, so we would be given a different room. overall it was a very nice stay, beds were very comfortable as were the pillows, staff was very nice."

"My favorite part about this hotel was definitely the location! Close to everything! You could walk to so many things amd the subwayvwas literally around the corner. The staff was super friendly. My only complaint was not having a fridge in the room. "
