We enjoyed our stay. Room was plenty good for us. We don’t stay in the room. NYC is always a great place to be!
Very friendly staff, they were super helpful with finding my booking for me when I got an error through the app. Very nice on the inside lobby and the bars! Would stay here again on my next NYCC trip!
Staff was very nice and helpful. Beautiful view and the bed was comfortable! Bathroom door didn't shut completely and the window shades left a slit so I felt a bit exposed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
Great location if you want to be near Times Square and subway access. We had a corner room and the view was great. The guys that work the front door/desk were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning service was great and very friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

Overall great hotel, the best things about the hotel was the location and staff. Staff was overall friendly and always ready too help.
i booked here when i came to visit one of my friends in hell’s kitchen. hotel is in a good area nearby lots of great food and times square. the hotel staff was also very kind and helpful and housekeeping was amazing!! i loved coming back from exploring NYC to a clean room :)
The view in the room was the best part!!! It was a small room though that is expected in the city but very comfy. I would def recommend but was a little expensive based on the size of the room and no included breakfast...I paid like $600 a night overall. I would return for less than $600 a night...$350-$400 would be more reasonable.
Everything was wonderful about our stay. The location is perfect as well. The only complaint i have is our fridge in the room stayed hot. I let the staff know the very next morning after we checked in and they said they would put in a work order. It wasn’t fixed during our 5 night stay. Other than that we were very pleased.
not all staff but some people good room very small not comfortable with the bathroom

Staff was great. The room had a lot of stains on the walls, dents, loose sockets, the bed felt wobbly. Dust on the counters. Towels had yellow stains. For $275 a night did feel it was worth the money. It was in a good location to transportation. But probably would not stay again.
It’s a nice place to stay I liked my room it had a Terrance view it wasn’t too far from Times Square which I liked

YOTEL was great for a one-night stay. It did exactly what I needed it to do—a clean room, comfortable bed, great shower, and plenty of hot water, which was exactly what I needed after a grueling day in the city. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it has all the basics covered and was comfortable, clean, and convenient.

The lobby and common areas were clean and well maintained. However, the hotel room itself was very small and showed significant wear. The area under the bed was very dirty, and I also found junk underneath the mattress.
The self check-in kiosks were down both days, so the checking in line at the small desk was very long at times. The 4th floor withe restaurant and other public spaces was roomy and comfortable. Large rooftop lounge and bar very nice as well. Good buffet breakfast was basic but good for $22. My small, solo room was compact but comfortable- however, no fridge for this room category.
Room was super clean. Staff was incredibly helpful, they helped me extend my checkout easily and also helped me store my luggage. One thing I will say is I thought that luggage storage was free but it is $3 per bag!
