"Hotel was in a prime location! Close to subway which made it easy to get around the city and center time square! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions and issues. Would definitely stay here again."

"Nice hotel; patrons another story. Saw someone refill their water bottle with orange juice, and put the lip on the juice machine…very unsanitary…staff did nothing when I alerted them. Other guests were holding the elevator at 4 am and the alarm was going off—very rude."

"I was pleased with price, location, and cleanliness. Ice is still nice to have available. The clocks in my room were set to the wrong time and could not be corrected. I adjusted. My room was small, but quiet and clean. Some wear on the wallpaper and water stains on the ceiling. Older decor. But, again, clean and functional. I will probably book there again. GREAT LOCATION if you are a lover of the performing arts!"

"The room was on the small side, but very clean and it was very quiet. The lobby was always busy with people enjoying the places to sit, eat and visit. The live music on Tuesday night was fun! The elevators were extremely slow and it was difficult to find a car with room to get on at busy times, so we often just took the stairs from our 6th floor room. It would’ve been frustrating to be on a much higher floor and having to wait for the elevator!"
