Empire Hotel

Empire Hotel

8/10 Good
"Great location on upper west side across from Lincoln Center. Stylish lobby. Fun rooftop bar. Excellent upmarket Mexican restaurant on mezzanine level above lobby. Excellent mattress and pillows. Good shower pressure. Large room. Fast WiFi. But … tiny makeshift closet, small poorly designed bathroom with bad lighting and no plug in sink. No premium cable TV channels. No bath robes in room (had to ask twice). Unattractive standalone empty mini fridge against a wall. Rusty shower curtain rod. Front desk unable to make change (eg for tips)."

OYO Times Square

OYO Times Square

8/10 Good
"La ubicación es perfecta. Los empleados muy amables. Además de hablar más de un idioma, entre ellos el español. La habitación era pequeña pero con lo necesario. La única queja es que durante nuestra estancia estuvieron haciendo reparaciones en la habitación de al lado y descansar del todo no fue posible. Fuera de eso, estuvo bien"

10/10 Excellent
"You cannot beat the location of this clean, well-run hotel. My only criticism is that they advertise free amenities, breakfast, wine reception and tours, and the charge $42 per night for them."

YOTEL New York Times Square

8/10 Good
"Upon arrival we attempted to check in via the self service kiosk. Our room was not ready at 7:30pm, so we went to the service desk. The gentleman who assisted us was not super friendly, just seemed irritated with having to be at work. The elevator situation is horrible, there are three elevators with one operating at any time. We have to stand in a line to take it. Once in our room, it was a beautiful view. The room was okay, not the best cleaning. Candy on the floor and some chips in the paint on most furnishings. The temperature was very nice however. The bathroom lightbulb did not work. It’s a decent place however for the price not so much!"
