"Great place as base to have a good sleep and place to recharge while exploring! Really nice rooftop terrasse! And the free water refill is much appreciated to never start an adventure thirsty."
"Great Location. In three days we saw 4 Broadway shows and the furthest one was only 10 minutes walk. The hotel was only 10 minutes from Grand Central where we arrived from JFK. The Hotel access to both 44th and 45th Street made it easy to get around and one of the shows we saw was at the Hudson Theatre literally NEXT DOOR to the Hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Wonderful stay!"
"The hotel was beautiful. We had the breakfast-included package, and the options were delectable, as was the service from the staff. They were wonderful, accommodating, and incredibly kind.
The hotel room itself was aesthetically pleasing. The size was appropriate, the amenities were great, and everything was very clean and comfortable.
The only downside would be some of the other customers staying there, which, of course, can’t be helped. We often experienced looks from a few of them, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable, but that was it!
Other than that, I feel the hotel was a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend this establishment.
Some helpful tips for the hotel would be
-add more options to the breakfast included menu
-add a quiet hour in the hotel
-in the hotel rooms add trash bags to the bathroom trash"
