This was my second time staying at the hotel. First experience was outstanding my room was gorgeous immaculate pristine. This trip was a completely different experience. My room was completely subpar. There was a rattling noise all night I assume was coming from the AC, but I don’t know it never stopped. The shower was cracked the flooring cracked. Well, I understand booking through a third-party aggregator, such as Expedia does not entitled me to a top-tier room, based on the room I did receive I will not stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean and well kept, no complaints at all. Any time we called down for a request, whether to the front desk or housekeeping, they were quick to respond and always accommodating. The location was another huge plus, just a short walk to Grand Central Station, which made getting around the city so easy. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!
