「Literally located steps from just about everything you need and not far from places you want to see. This two bedroom, one bath apartment has been newly renovated and was very clean. It was on the smallish side but it is NYC after all. Check in/check out was very easy; host always responded quickly. One bedroom had full/queen bed with a good sized closet. The other bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed but no closet or clothing storage; one of my few suggestions would be to add hooks or a dresser....

「The postives: The location cannot be beat. Very easy to get to, door locks are super convenient, and 3 bedrooms in this area was amazing. My boys were glad to not have to share a bed and room! The host is WONDERFUL to deal with, and we didn't have to do a bunch of clean up/trash removal/sheet removal as we've had to do in other VRBOs, we just had to tidy up. 「This place was perfect for our annual family trip to the city! Very close to the 6 train that will take you downtown in minutes. Very clean and had every amenity you could need. It was also the most quiet place I have stayed in the city. The host was extremely helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this place.
