"The rooms are dingy compared to the rest of the hotel: plus, they charge $35 a day which can also be used to purchase food at the hotel. So you’re forced to buy food at the hotel. Don’t let those people sell outside of your hotel, it makes people feel unsafe. Plus, housekeeping went inside our room even though we put the privacy sign on and they kept knocking on our door early. They didn’t respect the privacy sign on the door. "

"This is one of my new favourite places to stay!!! The location is UNBEATABLE! Close to transportation, in the middle of Times Square, moments away from broadway theatres! The staff are amazing. We got a choice of which floor we wanted to stay on! They were very accommodating and even let us move our trip by a day due to a flight cancellation with NO FEES! This property was a huge factor in making this one of our favourite trips ever! Thanks for the awesome stay! "

"The breakfast is going to the diner next door which has rude staff the rooms are very small with no space. Amenities where? I asked for a different room because it was not what I asked for nor what was advertised. I fit even get an apology. I will never stay here or recommend "

"I have stayed here several times for a simple, affordable place in midtown. I like the lobby seating areas for eating to go food, proximity to theaters, and friendly staff. Keep in mind in spring/fall that the A/C is only installed May-September, so on a weirdly hot day the room was toasty. Note that if you need a microwave, ice, or tea kettle, they are on the first floor in the bar (non-operating) area."
