"The location was perfect and the breakfast vouchers were great to have. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful and others were not. We had a coffee maker in the room but no cups. It felt very safe with security at the door 24/7. Overall a wonderful stay for 4 days. "
"There was a weird smell in my room. I couldn't figure out what it was. Probably from cleaning. Air conditioning could have been better. The room room's temperature was good, just for the smell."
"This hotel’s location is very convenient for us and it is clean, quiet for sleeping and an easy walk from the train station. (Gran Central)The best part of staying here is talking with Joey. He is so friendly and welcoming and the reason we will continue to stay here when we visit NYC. We already have another visit planned next month and look forward to seeing him again when we check in."
"Conviently located closish to Times square/U.N. but just far enough away to have some breathing room and a less anxiety inducing experience. The staff held my bags both before and after my stay so I could enjoy all that the area has to offer like the Broadway Flea Market. 10/10 would stay again. Room was clean and comfortable. Slept great. "
