"Be prepared for lots of incidental charges. My booking was canceled because they tried to charge the first night prior to my arrival and did not succeed. My daughter rebooked. They refused to issue an itemized bill on check out preferring to show you the balance due on the screen. Very unprofessional in that regard. My daughter eventually used her marriot app to settle and check out."

"This place is amazing! We will be staying here every time we go to NY. The view is amazing (5th floor). Central Park is one light down, the bus stops at the corner, and subways at 110 and 116 are about a 2 minute walk. Roberto took care of everything, and he also rented me his Cadillac for a night. This is the only place that we’re going to stay in the city. "
