Stayed multiple times when needed a room uptown, this is a great place for those who may be visiting family uptown or prefer the quiet connected seclusion of Washington Heights. The hotel is a fully fledged vision brought to life. The Dominican influence and radio theme is carried through the rooms. Great restaurant and service at boththe hotel and restaurant is always courteous and kind, despite occasional tough customer's!

I love how this hotel was stationed directly in the middle of so many stores, dining and even banking areas. The public transportation only being a few walking distance is so convenient especially since this is in New York. There was a clean beautiful park directly across from the hotel which is also convent for families with small children. I ordered room service with their restaurant and the food was so good, fresh and came directly to my room quickly. There’s a radio in the room that pairs well with Bluetooth, which I loved. I stayed in the studio room which is perfect for anyone looking for a quick get away or even staycation. The only thing that I noticed was that there was no more conditioner left and only a mall amount of shower gel to use, apart from this everything was lovely, they gym was nice, staff was very friendly, and the courtyard was clean and very peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for having me

I really liked the hotel decoración, the room was very comfortable but there was only 1 towel for a room for 3 and there was no shower gel in the dispenser so we have to shower with shampoo, the conditioner dispenser was also empty. The person that did the check in was not very nice she looked mad or tired but wasn’t welcoming at all. The worse part was the breakfast at Jalao Restaurant, it was a self self service buffet, there was only 1 table with customers the other tables were all with dirty dishes, we have to clean 1 table to be able to seat and I regret I didn’t leave at that moment because the food was also really bad. Worst service experience ever in a restaurant.
