「Pleasant stay」

「The only positive was that it was cheap and convenient for our trip. The property was quite old and run down. The pool was out of order. Room was musty and smelled a bit of mildew. It was quite muggy out during our stay, and the air conditioner did well cooling the room, but did nothing for the humidity. The sheets actually felt wet. Room was spacious, but needed updating. 「Upon arrival, the girl at the desk was pleasant and helpful. We arrived early, but we're told our room was ready, so we checked in and headed to our room. It wasn't ready. It was still being cleaned. After waiting about 10-15 minutes, it was "ready" for us to enter. I say "ready", because it wasn't actually clean.
