"room was clean, staff was nice and helpful, parking was good!"

"We had an adjoining door between us and the next room (not something we requested). The people next door who we didn't know were talking on the phone and we could hear the whole conversation. We finally put pillows on the floor to block the bottom and side of the door - that helped some. We didn't request another room or anything and the neighbors went to bed about the time we did. Luckily. I booked this hotel because of strong reviews about the breakfast. However, besides the waffle irons, breakfast was nothing special."

"The room door wouldn't close when we arrived. Although we weren't happy to have to drag all our luggage back downstairs to the desk, the staff was super kind and gave us a new room immediately. Maintenance was on it right away. No complaints!"

"This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever seen. The floor was extremely sticky, it literally made noise every time you took a step. There were streaks and grime on the furniture, mirrors, and even the walls, which made the whole room feel neglected and unsanitary. The bathroom was just as bad as the rest of the room. It clearly had not been cleaned, and there was dirty water left sitting in the bathtub. We were extremely tired as this was just a stop halfway through our trip, so we only stayed about 6 hours. Even then, we fell asleep feeling uncomfortable and honestly a bit anxious, hoping there wouldn’t be any insects or bed bugs. This stay was very disappointing and far below acceptable cleanliness standards."
